We are currently seeking apprentice worker-owners with experience of incarceration who can haul compost, provide customer service, and perform outreach in the community. Ideal candidates will have a valid MA driver’s license and an eagerness to learn about co-operative and anti-racist business practices. Our year-long apprenticeship program prepares workers to take full ownership of the business.
We know that re-entry from jail and prison can be a monumental challenge. Our team works with you to develop a flexible work schedule that builds your skills as it accommodates all the different parts of your life.
