Care about the environment? Feel committed to racial and social justice? Want to be your own boss? Interested in creating opportunity for others coming out of jail and prison? Let’s talk!
We are currently seeking worker-owners who can haul compost, provide customer service, and perform outreach in the community. Ideal candidates will have a valid MA driver’s license, and a willingness to work independently when necessary. We’ll discuss a temporary paid-working period to see if you’re a good fit for our team, during which we’ll offer training in co-operative and anti-racist business practices.
We know that re-entry from jail and prison can be a monumental challenge. Our team will work with you to develop a work schedule that accounts for probation and parole obligations, as well as major life commitments with family, other jobs, and college.
Women, LGBTQ, and folks of Color are especially encouraged to apply!
